Building experience meets project management
Before Bede Builders, Bede owner Steve Rebair worked as a project manager and business analyst within the NHS, managing complex projects.
It’s this experience, coupled with a family background in tradesmanship, that has shaped the way he runs Bede Builders today.
Building projects have plenty of moving parts too. Different trades need to be coordinated, decisions need to be made at the right time and any problems need solving. Steve brings a project manager’s eye to the whole process: planning ahead, keeping work moving and making sure customers know what’s happening.

It’s about what happens behind the scenes too. Using the right materials, paying attention to the details and working with people we know and trust.
