Electrical work as part of your building project

Extensions, conversions, new kitchens and bathrooms often involve significant electrical work.

Depending on your existing installation, this might include new sockets and lighting, moving existing electrics, installing new circuits or upgrading your consumer unit.

As part of our fully managed service, we’ll make sure the electrical work is planned alongside the rest of the project and carried out at the right stage. There’s no need for you to find and coordinate a separate electrician yourself, we’ll take care of it as part of the job.

Standalone electrical work

You don’t need to be undertaking a larger building project to use us for electrical work.

We can also help with standalone jobs including rewires, partial rewires and more substantial upgrades. We’ll talk through with you what’s needed and make sure the work is completed properly.

These include the GP practices and other workplaces we work with across the North East, everything from rewires and major installs to PAT testing of vital equipment.

Electrical work can be part of refurbishment and maintenance projects, or arranged separately. We can plan work around the needs of your organisation to help minimise disruption.
